What you will do:
The Product Manager is responsible for gathering, understanding and prioritizing requirements to design and deliver efficient solutions to resolve customer problems and enhance their experience. This responsibility is performed in close collaboration with the product development team, as well as management, project management, marketing, support and other teams to ensure proper organizational alignment.
The Product Manager should understand market and user needs and know how to balance those needs against the organization’s capacity to deliver. They will constantly evaluate the changing landscape in order to keep our product lines moving in a positive direction. They listen to the various interests involved to understand problems and work to find a solution that solves those problems. The Product Manager will manage discovery to obtain product requirements, use case scenarios, and user stories as well as support the deployment of solutions.
  • Manage customer relationship - systematically gather, understand, manage and prioritize requests from product end users
  • Communicate effectively - succinctly document and communicate business problems, use case scenarios, user personas and user stories to the product development team
  • Manage expectations - collaborate with the product development team and stakeholders to provide accurate estimations, timelines, costs, and risks associated with software development
  • Provide leadership - communicate written & orally about how solutions will help us reach the team’s outcomes with stakeholders across the organization
  • Provide facilitation - leverage structured solution delivery processes with stakeholders including customers, UX and developers to diligently advance product design while ensuring exposure to diverse viewpoints
  • Deliver solutions - assure all requirements are met, documentation and communication provided to customer in order to support a successful solution deployment
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required
  • Other accountabilities as assigned
Education and Experience:
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Product Manager role
  • Well-versed with product lifecycle management
  • Outstanding research skills
  • Background in software development and program management is preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile framework
  • Organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Creative thinking skills
